Sarah Hamilton

Founder

Sarah has over a decade of experience in product development and design of consumer products. She has a strong knowledge of developing environmentally sustainable products including injection molded plastics, sewn goods and consumables. She has deep experience developing both USA and Asian manufactured goods.

For the last four years, Sarah has worked in the pet industry as the lead product developer at West Paw. There she was responsible for developing all of West Paw’s award winning products including dog toys, bedding, collars and leashes as well as treats. In addition to developing product roadmaps that supported both brand and growth objectives, Sarah also managed the day to day work to support multiple product launches each year. Prior to working there, Sarah lead all design and development for camera and casual bags for Tamrac, Gura Gear and Ogden Made. Sarah loves to help brands understand their consumer and their market and take great ideas and build them into products consumers love.

Sarah is an avid mountain biker, photographer, traveler, tea drinker and dog lover. She volunteers for her local mountain bike trails organization, SWMMBA, helping them with web development for a new initiative promoting positive trail culture.
